A deep-fried Mars bar is an ordinary Mars bar normally fried in a type of batter – (Flour, Salt , Eggs , Baking Powder and milk) and sprinkled with icing sugar powder and chocolate sauce.  The chocolate bars are dipped in the oil and served hot and juicy.The dish originated at chip shops in Scotland as a novelty item.
